The Arc Lancaster Lebanon's 2024 Spring Gala & Auction The Arc Lancaster Lebanon requests your support for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism by becoming a sponsor of our Annual Gala & Auction. Your support will enable us to empower people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism to live an inclusive life. Our programming includes:  ADVOCACY and FAMILY SUPPORT : Assisting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism, and their families. THE ARC ACADEMY : Monthly meeting helping adults with ID/DD or Autism learn empowerment skills. SIBTalk : Games, activities, and group discussions for siblings, ages 8-11 and 12-15, of children with disabilities. COMMUNITY EDUCATION : Working collaboratively with community partners to offer trainings. DIVERSE ABILITIES TRAINING FOR SCHOOLS : Grade specific presentations for K-6 to help students achieve a greater understanding and of their peers with disabilities and how everyone has diverse abilities. ARC ANGEL : Connecting community givers with people with disabilities who need holiday gifts The Gala will be on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Bent Creek Country Club.

    The Arc of Pennsylvania attends state hearings, submits questions to legislators, and meet with legislators and policy makers to protect and increase funding for people with disabilities. Their website posts important documents so you know what is happening with the budget and how you can advocate. Your involvement and advocacy is needed to accomplish our common goals.
